A two-question interview with John Tavares: Hey JT, how’d you spend your weekend? Barbeque with the Moulsons? Actually, I signed hundreds of letters for season ticket holders to apologize for spending draft night stuck on a tarmac in Toronto during a lightning storm. Oh yea, that was pretty selfish of you. Good call on the letters, but do you think they really make up for missing the event? No - I also invited those who renewed by a certain date to join me at a smaller meet-and-greet, where I’ll sign brand new jerseys for each of them as a “thank you” for their continued support. Touché.
